Hi, my name is Darsana Roldan and welcome to my website. I have an extraordinary life and if I die today, I will be completely satisfied with the choices I have made. I can honestly look myself and my family straight in the eyes and say, “I consistently walk my talk and therefore I have no regrets.” My question to you is… can you say the same? Think about it for a minute.

But the truth is that it wasn’t always like that. I spent the first 27 years of my life trying to get ahead, but always feeling like I was behind. Going through the journey of overcoming alcoholism and drug addiction over 22 years ago changed my interpretation of what adversities represent and pushed me into Recycling My Human Potential. Through that initial journey, I realized that challenges and adversities are just opportunities for greater growth!

I believe that no matter how much money you have, how healthy you are, or how evolved you perceive yourself to be, life continues to bring along many challenges. This is no big deal once you understand the purpose behind it! Why? Because although this is where MOST people struggle and feel stuck, at the same time this is where the answer to their problems exists. How important is this? Extremely important, because it means that with the appropriate guidance, most people can transform their lives in a very short amount of time! You see, ‘True Success’ is a lifestyle and once you learn how to Recycle Your Human Potential, everything has value in it, especially the things that you don’t like.

Whether you are dealing with challenges or having trouble achieving your goals, you can overcome these issues! Is this journey easy? Honestly, it’s different for everyone, but you don’t have to do it alone. After working with thousands of clients throughout my career, counseling, seminars, public speaking, radio, and many other avenues, I have gained many powerful insights. If I had to choose one to share with you at this point is that,  ”It’s not what you know, is what you do with what you know that makes a difference”.

But the answer is NOT to try harder. The truth is that we are all very smart and capable. So WHY is it that some of us are able to live a life of congruency. Nine out of ten people I talk too tell me that they know what’s important for them, but the choices they make moment by moment, conscious or unconscious, do NOT reflect the same thing.

The biggest problem I see when working with clients is that although MOST of them truly have the desire to live a certain type of life, they have very little awareness on how to do it. On top of that, MOST people believe that although human behavior is probably the most complex phenomena ever, that somehow we are supposed to figure it all out without any help. How crazy is that? For anything else is completely acceptable to hire a particular individual or organization, but when it comes to overcoming life challenges and achieving our personal goals, the taboos are endless!

Life Itself is our MOST precious gift EVER! Everything that you have ever experienced and will ever experience is because you are ALIVE! And the truth is that all of us only have a certain amount of time to make the best of it. So you would think that most people would be having a blast everyday and only doing things that support them being happy, healthy and enjoying an abundant life; but they are not!  I have been doing this for a long time and I know that  in order for me to really help you, we have to take a close look at your whole entire life and you have to learn how to live consciously all over again.

Think about it! Do you really understand what it means that we are all uniquely different? Have you ever considered how complex you are and to recognize your relationship with life? Do you take time daily to analyze that in one way or another everything has a direct impact on the quality of your experiences? I can honestly tell you that not once have I worked with two different people that react the same way to anything.

But I can tell you one thing. The human potential is by far the most advanced and sophisticated force in the Universe and when certain things fall into place, the transformation happens quicker than what most people have been led to believe. My suggestion is that you call me and set up a confidential consultation immediately, before the deletion filters in your mind talk you out of it. I can guarantee you that once we get to talk, you will know my teaching comes from the way I live my life!

El error que yo he encontrado y ayudado a miles de personas a superar , es el mal entendimiento de que para poder seguir identificarnos con nuestras familias o culturas, es necesario no aceptar conocimientos y factores esenciales para el desarrollo de nuestra alma y la mejora de nuestras vidas. Lo mas impactante para cualquier persona, indiferente de su origen, edad, sexo o cualquier otra forma de diversidad, es sobrepasar las limitaciones de la ignorancia. Mientras mas aprendemos y ponemos en practica estos conocimientos que fortalezcan el desarrollo espiritual, mayor sera la calidad de vida que experimentamos y el impacto positivo que tenemos en nuestra persona, familia y cultura.

Por eso te invito a que recibas toda la información posible para que consigas exito en todos los aspectos de tu vida y de esa forma puedas tener un impacto mas grande en la evolucion del ser humano. Los cambios son necesarios, pero tu no dejas de ser quien Tu Eres!

One of my favorite quotes and the inspiration for this blog is by Buddha… “There is nothing so disobedient as an undisciplined mind, and there is nothing so obedient as a disciplined mind.” After spending the last two years with my precious family deeply immersed in reevaluating, reminding and reconnecting myself with Life Itself, I am walking away with what I believe is my greatest contribution to Consciousness… a disciplined mind. If you want to help the world, you must help yourself first!

At times this journey became so fulfilling that I contemplated the idea of moving with my family to Costa Rica and spend the rest of my life meditating and being as close as possible to nature. On the other hand while writing this blog I debated if I should share with you that at times it also felt like I was dying. I decided that the only thing I have to share is that in order to have an extraordinary life, you must dissolve the illusion of fear.

So if you are wondering why I am writing about this journey, if I don’t want to share all the details? It is because it is NOT important. Drama is humanities’ biggest challenge and in order to dissolve it, we must realize that it is nothing wanting to be something. In order to lift humanity, animals and the planet to its original pattern, we must abandon talking about the drama, contemplating it and believing that it is through contrast that we regain our appreciation for the gift of Life.

As Wallace D. Wattles said, “The moment you permit your mind to dwell with dissatisfaction upon things as they are, you begin to lose ground. You fix attention upon the common, the ordinary, the poor, and the squalid and mean; and your mind takes the the form of these things.”

What’s important to me at this moment is that I have been appointed through my work, “Progressing Change through Beauty, Wisdom and Success” and through our Foundation Living Consciously By doing so I get to continue the evolution of my individual Soul in the most harmonious path, while living an extraordinary life. When Einstein said, “What the mind can conceive, It can achieve.” It is obvious to me that he meant a disciplined mind. Happiness, Prosperity, Fulfillment, it is all possible and equally available to everyone once you discipline your mind. Although this is YOUR journey of Self Discovery, you DON’T have to do it alone!

I was awakened by my precious daughter’s voice, “Daddy, I need to go to the bathroom”. Right after I put her back to sleep and I was quietly laying down next to my beautiful wife, Kalyani, my old time friend/dog decided that it was time to take care of business… if you know what I mean, LOL. While I was outside our RV waiting for him, I was wondering if this was going to be one of those nights that Spirit had something to say to me that couldn’t wait until the morning. I honestly don’t know if it is because in the middle of the night the collective consciousness is most at peace, or just because my mind is calm from sleeping, but whenever I am searching for answers or ideas, 3:00 a.m. seems to be my designated appointment with the Infinite.
I knew that since I had made a gigantic request to Spirit over 3 years ago and I had consistently held on to my side of the deal, that the gestation process was coming to an end. I had convinced myself, which is all I ever need to do. The Universe never withholds anything from me and this time would not be any different. I felt congruent between my heart and the vision I had been having a love affair with.
I quietly reached for my MacBook and began writing. As far as I am concerned, following through with my inspirations is the only option. When you have the awareness that I have to understand the gift of life, dwelling is something you don’t give any possibility to. Otherwise what’s the point of setting intentions if when it’s time to take action, you are not willing to take risks.
Some people may say that God was talking to me. Others will say that the law of Mind in Action was responding to the impressions of my thoughts, feeling and actions. I say, who cares! Life is too precious to wait another day trying to figure the whole thing out.  I have been there and done that before. Your ego feels threatened by your intuition and selects the information that will invalidate what you know. Blah, Blah, Blah!
I say, “Don’t Wait Another Day”! Go after every one of your dreams today! Is this crazy? I don’t think so. Crazy would be not to do so. At the end, what do you have to lose? Well… you may be unhappy, broke and sick. No thank you. I rather discover what’s ahead in my journey, even if it means getting out of my comfort zone!
So if you are wondering what I decided to do? After talking to my precious family we have decided through our Foundation to travel the nation for a whole year inspiring, empowering and educating families of all socio-economic status to up level the quality of their lives, so together we can make a difference in the world for all Creation. That’s right! But this is not about me, this is about you. We all have to have faith and know that our individual souls are leading us to stay connected with our heart’s desires. It actually knows what we need better than we do because we are conditioned to pay attention to things of lower values.
We all have gifts and talents that are waiting to come out because the world needs what we have inside! I am just very fortunate to have the consciousness to understand things that others can’t YET. Pay attention to the signs, they are everywhere!

Is It Choice or Is It Destiny?

I remember over 21 years ago driving to work in the morning and right before I lit up a marijuana joint I thought, “There is something wrong with this and at one point I am going to have to face it.” I also remember another time having an affair and as I was leaving her apartment I felt shameful and I knew at that moment that somehow I would have to pay the price for my actions. More recent I remember having to say good night to my children on the phone and I knew at that point that no amount of money was worth missing out on the things I value most in life. The truth is that since I have learned to love and forgive myself, I can probably go on forever, remembering time after time, stories of how at one point in my life I had enough clarity to recognize that I was drifting away from the path, but not necessarily doing anything about it at that particular moment!

But the question is… Was I really choosing to drift away from the path, or was it ALL part of a bigger plan that would eventually lead me to my destiny? Even up to this point, I honestly don’t have the answer to that question. I could tell you that many times while reflecting in silence it is evident to me that everything I have ever gone through has been preparing me for the role that I am now playing. Not only that, it is because of all these experiences that I have become the most magnificent version of me today. I think it is relevant to mention that I have grown the most during the hardest times of the journey, so there must be a reason for the challenges we encounter along the way!

I know that if I google this question, (Is It Choice or Is It Destiny?), I would probably get many answers. But the question is… Do I want someone else’s answers and beliefs or do I want my own? Through my meditation practice I am understanding that our human experience can lead us to believe in many illusions, but Spiritually we always remain as perfect as the Laws of Nature and as Beautiful as the blooming of roses during Spring! This is crucial to me because it means that at any point no matter how far I may drift, I can reconnect with my True Self and find the most harmonious and fulfilling way to the evolution of my individual Soul.

As a Transformational Life Coach I often talk to and witness many people who are struggling with situations, circumstances and conditions that are robbing them from the opportunity to experience how magnificent God’s Creation truly is, them included, but unfortunately do nothing about it. Although I have been blessed to see and hear about others who have transformed their lives, I often wonder if there is any way we could change the statistics and significantly increase the amount of people changing their lives and consequently changing the world! Or Maybe I just need to continue expanding my awareness and TRUST that Infinite Intelligence has a Divine Purpose for everything!

After searching for so long for things outside of myself to make me happy and fulfilled, I have found that Infinite Source is really within ME and YOU and there is a part of me that wants everybody else to experience how awesome it is living life this way. Perhaps is because now that I have overcome these obstacles I find myself completely in LOVE with the Divine Presence flowing through everything and everyone. Or maybe it’s just that since I have dissolved the illusion of separation I know that I am ONE with all the Love, Joy, Beauty, Abundance and Harmony in the Universe and therefore I can’t help but to want to release this energy as the most important piece as to why my life ROCKS! Shift Happens!

Have you ever read or heard about synchronicity? Have you ever stopped to think what are the possibilities for things to unfold the way they do every day? All the unlimited things that could have completely changed the outcome of any particular situation in your life? No, I am not tripping, it is exactly the opposite! Over 20 years ago I made a conscious decision to stay away completely from drugs and alcohol to discover myself and how life would be without them. Because of that one decision, my life has continued to CHANGE in ways that I would have never even begun to imagine. Every day is full of infinite possibilities because I have grown from within, enough to understand that the outside world is only a reflection of what is going on inside of me! That as long as I continue to have passion, determination and appreciation for the present moment, not one thing has to change in the world for me to be happy and celebrate the things I value most!

If you are not becoming more interested in what you are reading by now, I suggest you  tie your Self down to the chair and continue reading because this is not about me, this is about YOU. You see, there is no accident to why you have attracted what you are reading and either you can make the decision to take this information to heart and shift the way your life is going, or you can continue doing the same things you have been doing and continue looking for answers in the wrong places. In all honesty, that is actually the way we are programmed to survive by our ancestors, and it’s probably not such a bad idea when you were learning how to walk and talk, but I believe you are ready now to make a conscious choice to unleash the unlimited potential within your True Self, while learning how to gratefully appreciate all the blessings in your life!

Let me just quickly highlight that when we don’t listen to the subtle signs going on in our life, consequently we bring the crazy DRAMA right into it. From there, it can get worst or better, depending on wether or not you choose to be a victim, or reach out and learn that taking risks is what allows us to CHANGE and GROW! After making so many mistakes and making life incredibly hard and painful, I am now experiencing a more loving, prosperous and rewarding way of experiencing life, one day at a time. My heart desire to live a meaningful and purposeful life is what motivated me to create this blog and to activate the power of collaboration to change the World!

When you begin to live life this way, you begin to understand and develop higher levels of awareness that allow you to experience a new reality. All of the sudden life has new meaning and your beliefs, along with your mindset, shift and you are guided to serve others. Prosperity consciousness reveals itself through your passion and purpose and now success is no longer a goal, it is within your Self and it becomes a lifestyle. What others think of you have very little impact on who you are and you express yourself more freely because you are not attached to the outcome.

Remember, it all begins with the conscious choices you make and in order to do that you have to learn how to go within. Part of my life purpose is to inspire, empower and intensify your ability to discover the changes you want to make for the evolution of your individual Soul and for the contribution you add to the shift in Consciousness going on in the world. Together (joinPEACEtribe) we can Be The Change We Wish To See In The World and shape the vision for younger generations to follow. I believe that One Love, One Wealth and One World is the way things were meant to be and I will do everything I can until the day I die to Be loving, Be Giving and Be Willing to equally celebrate humanity, the animals and the planet!

The Game of Life!

Imagine yourself playing a video game in which you have to experience certain things in order to reveal greater awareness to get to the next level. As you go on in the game, you learn that when you have certain experiences, you gain more energy and there are other experiences that make you weaker, therefore you remain at the same level, sometimes you may even fall into lower levels. You choose to be enthusiastic about the game because you are always learning, even the things you don’t want to experience teach you that you are moving away from where you want to be. As you play the game, you take some time in between to calm the mind.

Consequently you develop an understanding of what are the experiences that make you stronger and receive greater awareness, and you move away from the ones that take away your energy and with it the ability to see things clearly. Since you understand that it’s only a game, you place all your attention into having fun. Once you get to a certain level, you realize that by assisting others to experience greater levels, you gain double the energy and the awareness that comes with it. So you find yourself creating a balance between experiencing greater levels and assisting others as well. Finally you reach a level in which you understand that the experiences you are having, you are the one creating them and that by assisting others to increase their awareness, is the only way to create greater ones for yourself.

Although this game has Infinite levels, there is ONE thing that was, is and will forever remain the same. Since everything is energy, You, Others, the EXPERIENCES and everything included in the game, are ONE with WHAT created the game. Maybe the purpose of life is to play and have fun, no matter what you are experiencing. Maybe that is the key that opens the door to discovering your purpose in life. If you knew without a doubt that you are part of THAT which is INFINITE CREATION and therefore, by definition, you inherit within yourself everything you need to create your life to be exactly they way you want it to be… would you be playing and having fun right now?
