It was all worth it… Disciplined Mind!

One of my favorite quotes and the inspiration for this blog is by Buddha… “There is nothing so disobedient as an undisciplined mind, and there is nothing so obedient as a disciplined mind.” After spending the last two years with my precious family deeply immersed in reevaluating, reminding and reconnecting myself with Life Itself, I am walking away with what I believe is my greatest contribution to Consciousness… a disciplined mind. If you want to help the world, you must help yourself first!

At times this journey became so fulfilling that I contemplated the idea of moving with my family to Costa Rica and spend the rest of my life meditating and being as close as possible to nature. On the other hand while writing this blog I debated if I should share with you that at times it also felt like I was dying. I decided that the only thing I have to share is that in order to have an extraordinary life, you must dissolve the illusion of fear.

So if you are wondering why I am writing about this journey, if I don’t want to share all the details? It is because it is NOT important. Drama is humanities’ biggest challenge and in order to dissolve it, we must realize that it is nothing wanting to be something. In order to lift humanity, animals and the planet to its original pattern, we must abandon talking about the drama, contemplating it and believing that it is through contrast that we regain our appreciation for the gift of Life.

As Wallace D. Wattles said, “The moment you permit your mind to dwell with dissatisfaction upon things as they are, you begin to lose ground. You fix attention upon the common, the ordinary, the poor, and the squalid and mean; and your mind takes the the form of these things.”

What’s important to me at this moment is that I have been appointed through my work, Recycling The Human Potential, to bring Truth to the mind of millions for One Love, One Wealth, One World! By doing so I get to continue the evolution of my individual Soul in the most harmonious path, while living an extraordinary life. When Einstein said, “What the mind can conceive, It can achieve.” It is obvious to me that he meant a disciplined mind. Happiness, Prosperity, Fulfillment, it is all possible and equally available to everyone once you discipline your mind. And then you will discover that it is the Life within You, working through You, that has the infinite power to create everything and anything out of Itself. This is the journey of Self Discovery!

Shift Happens!

Have you ever read or heard about synchronicity? Have you ever stopped to think what are the possibilities for things to unfold the way they do every day? All the unlimited things that could have completely changed the outcome of any particular situation in your life? No, I am not tripping, it is exactly the opposite! Over 20 years ago I made a conscious decision to stay away completely from drugs and alcohol to discover myself and how life would be without them. Because of that one decision, my life has continued to CHANGE in ways that I would have never even begun to imagine. Every day is full of infinite possibilities because I have grown from within, enough to understand that the outside world is only a reflection of what is going on inside of me! That as long as I continue to have passion, determination and appreciation for the present moment, not one thing has to change in the world for me to be happy and celebrate the things I value most!

If you are not becoming more interested in what you are reading by now, I suggest you tie your Self down to the chair and continue reading because this is not about me, this is about YOU. You see, there is no accident to why you have attracted what you are reading and either you can make the decision to take this information to heart and shift the way your life is going, or you can continue doing the same things you have been doing and continue looking for answers in the wrong places. In all honesty, that is actually the way we are programmed to survive by our ancestors, and it’s probably not such a bad idea when you were learning how to walk and talk, but I believe you are ready now to make a conscious choice to unleash the unlimited potential within your True Self, while learning how to gratefully appreciate all the blessings in your life!

Let me just quickly highlight that when we don’t listen to the subtle signs going on in our life, consequently we bring the crazy DRAMA right into it. From there, it can get worst or better, depending on wether or not you choose to be a victim, or reach out and learn that taking risks is what allows us to CHANGE and GROW! After making so many mistakes and making life incredibly hard and painful, I am now experiencing a more loving, prosperous and rewarding way of experiencing life, one day at a time. My heart desire to live a meaningful and purposeful life is what motivated me to create this blog and to activate the power of collaboration to change the World!

When you begin to live life this way, you begin to understand and develop higher levels of awareness that allow you to experience a new reality. All of the sudden life has new meaning and your beliefs, along with your mindset, shift and you are guided to serve others. Prosperity consciousness reveals itself through your passion and purpose and now success is no longer a goal, it is within your Self and it becomes a lifestyle. What others think of you have very little impact on who you are and you express yourself more freely because you are not attached to the outcome.

Remember, it all begins with the conscious choices you make and in order to do that you have to learn how to go within. Part of my life purpose is to inspire, empower and intensify your ability to discover the changes you want to make for the evolution of your individual Soul and for the contribution you add to the shift in Consciousness going on in the world. Together (joinPEACEtribe) we can Be The Change We Wish To See In The World and shape the vision for younger generations to follow. I believe that One Love, One Wealth and One World is the way things were meant to be and I will do everything I can until the day I die to Be loving, Be Giving and Be Willing to equally celebrate humanity, the animals and the planet!

I am thrilled beyond imagination to be in alignment with my purpose in life and to share all this understanding and awareness with the World. After helping thousands of people throughout my career, counseling, seminars, public speaking, radio, and many other avenues, I am utilizing the power of the Internet as my way to Globally share my talents.

As long as I remember, I had this idea that one day I would be in a state of mind, in which I could truly give, from my heart, to the world everything that I could, without expecting any monetary value in return. As I transcended life’s challenges and adversities, I felt like my contribution had increased, because I had something authentic to share that came from the internal transformation required to get through this experiences. Surprisingly enough, it was during these ‘hard times’ that I have grown the most spiritually and without each one of these challenges and adversities, I could not have evolved in consciousness to the state I cherish today.

Perhaps we can all observe life differently and by expanding our awareness and understanding , we can apply Universal Laws and Principles and change our life from within. Once you are able to quiet the activity of the finite mind, you are able to see things differently. A whole new reality is reveal to you and you are capable of recognizing your inherit qualities and you are capable of recognizing it in others as well. It is my intention to utilize the power of the internet to bring to you all kind of empowering information to participate in the evolution of you individual Soul and the progression of Consciousness in you.

Latino, You Are Who You Are!

I am convinced that even if I spend another 47 years expanding my awareness starting from where I am now, I would only be scratching the surface of my inherent unlimited potential. I am also quite aware that the world around me hasn’t changed, but it is my inner transformation that has allowed me to create my own reality and see the physical world completely different than what it used to be. Have you ever wondered why me? For years I felt like I was so different than members of my own family, friends and other people that were Latinos like me. I was trapped in the middle of my own inner war because a part of me felt proud for growing up with certain values and interests and another part of me didn’t agree at all with some of the beliefs and misconceptions around me. Among other things, there were too many unanswered questions regarding religion and no one dared to step out of the imaginary boxes within the human mind.

I can’t even begin to explain the invigorating joy that flows through me in every moment because I no longer choose to let ignorance and illusions give form to my reality. By mastering the mental faculties available to me, I have created an awesome life in which the next moment is always pregnant with even greater experiences.

But it was not always like this. For many years I was suffering from self imposed fears and insecurities about who I was and where do I fit. You see at the age of 2 my parents decided to move back to their home, Puerto Rico, and I spent the next 16 years absorbing the energy that became the foundation of my reality. Right after my sophmore year my parents moved to California and I spent my senior year in high school not only struggling with learning a new language and culture, but also fighting the desire to grow and embrace the world I was exposed to, yet debating if by doing so I would loose who I thought I was. For the next 10 years I struggled even more with this dilemma and I used things like alcohol, drugs and sex as a way to hide and survive. I was fighting unseen demons, but they seemed so real to me then.

Like all of us I have a story, and perhaps in the book that I am writing (Latino You Are Who You Are) I will get into more details, but for now I want to speak to the 38.8 million Latinos in the USA that could use my experiences as a spring board for the next step they are about to take. No matter what you think, feel, or do with your life, you will ALWAYS be who you are. So if you are Latino, be grateful for what it offers you, but don’t be afraid to change and become a greater expression of God just because unconsciously you don’t want to betray your roots. As a matter of fact, you would benefit tremendously from evaluating the impact that your up-bringing is having on every decision you make. Like my mother would say, “No votes el muchacho con la placenta.” Celebrate the gifts and blessings and let go of the misconceptions and limitations.

Beliefs around religion, alcohol, addictions, male privilege, nutrition, parenting, competition, work, digression of women by sexualizing them, acts of violence against humanity and animals, just to name a few of the unconscious behavioral patterns that were blocking the flow of God Consciousness flowing through me in all my affairs and consequently were robbing me of my own true happiness. I am not more or less Latino than anybody else just because for the last 20 years I have become a different version of me. You see it doesn’t matter how much money you make, your reputation, (el que diran la gente), how popular you think you are, or anything else. How successfully happy you are is a direct result of the awareness, understanding and application around the realization that You are Who You are because you were created in God’s image.

Just Because!

Just Because!

Do you ever wonder why people do the things they do, only to find out later that they were doing it for the wrong reasons? Do you ever tell yourself that you wish you knew then what you know now? The point is that everything is always changing and just because you see things one way now, doesn’t mean that your perception will remain the same, specially if you are like me, someone that loves to live in the present moment but believes that the more you know, the more you realize you don’t know anything!

Just because you are from a younger generation doesn’t mean you have to give in to coolness and give up meaningfulness. Or that you have to use certain clothes or choice of words to give the world a certain image about who you think you are. It doesn’t mean you have to pursue physical goals rather than spiritual growth. Please, don’t tell me that underneath all that stuff, you don’t have the inner desire to love and to be happy, or perhaps to find your life purpose!

Just because you are from an older generation doesn’t mean you have to be stubborn and pretend that you were always the same person you have become. Or that you have it all figured out and therefore there is no possibility for further growth. Come on, times are changing and we are now exposed to more information and discoveries than ever before in the history of mankind, so it would make sense that you open yourself to greater awareness and accept that you don’t know it all.

Just because you are at a point that you think you have things pretty much under control doesn’t mean that things can’t change so quick that your whole world can be flipped upside down. Denial, justification, and even ignorance are choices you make and therefore find yourself stuck in a routine and the convenience of finding new toys to make you feel better about yourself. But you don’t care because you see yourself on top of the world anyway and choose to see and put everybody else down if they are not playing your game.

Just because you are an embodiment of the Spirit you have the right to be authentic and live every moment in passion and be conscious about the vibrations flowing through You. Not only you love your Self, but you feel secure, worthy and confident that you are creating the life of your dreams and that your main objective is to share your talents and gifts with the world as you receive from the Universe all your needs harmoniously. You are convinced that Divine Presence is the ultimate reality and that humanity, the animlas and the planet are within your Consciousness and just because of it, you are making the changes within you, that you wish to see in the World.

For over 18 years I was restricted by my professional positions and the therapeutic relationship I had with my clients, but now that I have transcended many layers of conditioning and I am free to say what is in my mind, I am using humor and truth as my way of being authentic and assisting you in Changing Your Perception to Change Your Reality. Since I share a passion and an amazing background of living in harmony in all aspects of life relating to animals, nature, and planetary awareness which includes an active vegan lifestyle, spiritual principles, conscious parenting and prosperity consciousness, it is my purpose and passion to share my gifts of truth, understanding and experience with the world by questioning what the hell are people thinking when they engage in the drama of self imposed sabotage.
